Follow the trend from 5/23-7/12, add in 4 months to go, and a sane person would realize that a lot can change rather quickly.
I know, I know, not one of your attributes.

LOL, a landslide.
First left establish the already proven fact that John Zogby is biased toward democrats.
Almost every poll has Bush and Kerry even, tequila feels the need to post crap like this because it makes him feel better.
Despite the fact that both the war on terror and the economy are both very much in Bush's favor.
I tried telling him that polls right now don't matter, but he just won't listen.

That is not true. he is "slightly" biased. He is also an admitted Democrat. But where he is biased is with regard to the Arab issue, because he, like his also famous brother, is an Arab.

I think I understand polls very well, boychick.
By the way, just heard a poll saying Kerry has sped ahead in your Pennsylvania --
Kerry 46
Bush 41
You might as well get used to hearing lots more of this kind of news.

Here is a poll that has a little more sense to it, that I can actually believe for now, and, with adjustments, know it will change...
THE BIG PICTURE. The Research 2000 polling firm has been tracking the Presidential race with an eye on the overall Electoral College picture. Here's how they peg the race as of this week, based upon their polling data:
SOLID KERRY (172): CA, CT, DC, DE, HI, IL, MA, ME, MD, NJ, NY, RI, VT. LEANS KERRY (78): IA, MI, MN, NM, OR, PA, WA. TOTAL KERRY: 250.
SOLID BUSH (176): AL, AK, AZ, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MS, MT, ND, NE, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WY. LEANS BUSH (46): AR, CO, MO, NC, NV. TOTAL BUSH: 222.
TOO CLOSE TO CALL (66): FL, NH, OH, WV, WI.
Kerry leads, but not by much, and with the too close to call stage, the reality of a close election seems alot more believable.....any one agree?

Swing voters are going to make the call
Kerry has his chance but stop the cheer leading, this is ridiculous.

Latest update on battleground state of New Mexico: KERRY poised to win battleground state of New Mexico
http://www.zogby.com/Soundbites/ReadClips.dbm?ID=8668Butterfly, I take your point but I disagree. We are getting into the heaviest part of the election season and POLLS DO MATTER! Both sides are watching them closely, and both sides are instantly reacting to them, trying to change them. Polls have become an important part of the dynamics of these races. So sorry, I am going to ignore your request.
Also, Zogby is closely watched and respected by inside polls of both sides.

Flop-Sweat Time: Kerry Gives Up in AZ, Missouri, Southern States
They know they're hosed!
Despite promises to expand the election playing field, John Kerry has reduced his ad spending in Missouri, Arizona and throughout the South in the run-up to the Democratic presidential convention.
Kerry's advisers said they were not shrinking their political map, only saving resources for later in the campaign and redirecting ad money to hotly contested states like Florida and Ohio.
Yeah, right. Kerry supposedly has tons of money that he's got to spend before the convention, and yet he's pulling back in certain states. And they're all states where we've said for months he stands no chance, and yet he's been spending the money.
You know what we’re reminded of? The Deaniacs. When it came out that Dean had spent all the campaign's money on Iowa and New Hampshire, the Dean blog was awash in sad stories about people who had donated more than they really could afford because they wanted to take their country back. Kerry's blown the incredible money he had.

Of course, you are free to cheer up if you feel the urge to, but I really think this is too early to call the shots, even though it's hard to ignore that Kerry is leading all the way. I personally like him, he reminds of Bill Clinton in some way.
Are you still living in Thailand ? you shouldn't drag yourself into those hateful debates with the NeoCons of this board. They are not worth it. Enjoy your life in Thailand, with the women and the food. The rest does not really matter
