So NOW polls matter.
Do you know the definition of hypocrite?

That's NOT a poll.

Why do you act so stupidly?

It IS A POLL.
In fact, it is based on an analysis of MULTIPLE STATE POLLS.
How else would they derive the numbers????
Check this text from the SOURCE YOU POSTED!!!
"With three months remaining in a volatile campaign, Kerry has 14 states and the District of Columbia in his column for 193 electoral votes. Bush has 25 states for 217 votes, according to an Associated Press analysis of state polls as well as interviews with strategists across the country. "

IT'S A COUNT.

Wow, and I thought that it was only liberals my age that were so stupid and immature, I've found an adult, great.

The electoral vote is A COUNT, NOT a poll, the fact that it's made up of polls doesn't matter, IT'S A COUNT.

I'm tired of talking to a radical ranting ignorant socialist, there's no one else on here, worth talking to.
Thaiquila
There is no way to project electoral votes without STATE POLLS.
Polls do matter, and you know it. Just be a man and admit it.

Actually, I think that they are playing better than they have in the past. And Thaiquila is capable of learning. Note:

If you will notice, he did not call GOP stupid. He was addressing his actions. I find that to be a difference. Don't you? cool.gif

Now, to be perfectly honest, we all do stupid things. I just did one with regards to Mandl a short while ago. But I did apologize for it. And, actions are only actions. Only if the actions represent a pattern can one use logic and go from there. wink.gif

But those two have been playing better as of late. I can vouch for that personally. smile.gif

Is that a threat or a promise?
You don't really want to suspend me because the right wingers actually think Bush will win, and they are waiting for the amusement of hearing what I have to say after the election.
Would you deny them the anticipation of this entertainment value?
That would be cruel and unusual punishment, and we can't have that, can we?

Diablo is not a moderator, but a newbe. I think he is trying to say that say something is meaningless unless it is said to someone.

Also, TQ you always quote Zogby and call him the gold standard. His results do not always seem to agree with other polls such as Gallup. Your quoting of Zogby was getting me nervous until I realized that. I do believe that to know Kerry is to not like him, and people will have to judge who they dislike the least. Really, Bush has yet to launch his attack, and just as in the middle east, he is capable of attacking. I think Bush 41 was tired and was not trying hard, but that will not be the case with Bush 43. TQ, I for one will be interested in your commentary upon the win of Bush 43.

Zogby polls were the MOST ACCURATE in the 2000 elections. They are the gold standard. Their accuracy is very respected, especially by right wing politicians.
bob
These polls dont mean squat for the most part. They are polling people in cities who are generally tend to be democratic.
What they aren't taking into consideration is how alot of middle america who didn't vote last time are paying attention this time. If this happens it spells Bush/Chenney lanslide.
Choke that down and smile Thaiquila! wink.gif

Sorry to bum your buzz, but here is the latest Zogby poll analysis of the ELECTORAL VOTE, which shows that Kerry is still leading:

http://www.zogby.com/news/ReadNews.dbm?ID=847

Sorry Charlie.
And also did you hear that no challenger in history has polled this well at this stage in the campaign?
Get used to it. Bush is a loser.
The dems have the candidate, the issues, the message, the morality, and the money.
President John F. Kerry.
Get used to it!

Zogby, LOL

Tequila stop bringing that bias garbage to these boards, Zogby's bias is blatant.

If you're going to insist on posting irrelevant polls, at least post fair ones.

In a word, NO!
You are one person who says Zogby polls are biased because YOU DO NOT LIKE WHAT THEY SAY.
There is NO evidence they are biased.
They were the MOST ACCURATE in the 2000 election.
What would the point anyway be of running a dedicated polling organization that is run for commercial reasons (in other words, it had better be credible or nobody is going to PAY for it) if you were going to be biased?
You are free to also use Zogby when they have some good news for your leader.
They often have state by state reports, and Bush is of course, going to win MANY states, and Zogby will tell about that.
You cannot have it BOTH WAYS!
You cannot crow about polls you like, and tell me not to post more accurate polls.

I've seen Zogby's polls, he has put Kerry up by 10% in some states before when other polls have had them even, Kerry is almost always in the leas with his polls.

Keep thinking that he's not bias laugh.gif

I'm going to trust real polls like Gallop, Opinion Dynamics Coorporation, and Tipp.

Wrong again!

Zogby, BUSH AHEAD in West Virginia and could win the state:

Kerry for Senator
TQ, every poll I see shows Bush ahead, but it is a whopping 2%, and a statistical dead heat.

3 months left, and a whole lot can happen. Job growth is declining, stock market is heading south, and an Al Qaeda attack would hold unkown consequences.

No reason to get upset. At this point it is any man's game, and anyone who is calling it a done deal is a fool.

Then, you are ill informed.
Also, where Kerry is at this stage whether you believe Zogby polls or not, is incredible for a challenger to an incumbent in wartime.
Bush is running very scared, as well he should be.
The mood in the country is clearly to FIRE THE FAILURE.

To Know, Know, Know Him...

As predicted here, Kerry is suffering from his introduction to the American people.

Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry has lost the ground he gained on President Bush in recent months in five of six key election issues, as well as in personal likability, according to an ABC News/Washington Post poll released yesterday.

One month ago, Mr. Kerry had cut Mr. Bush's lead on who would best handle the war on terrorism to just one point, 48 percent to 47 percent.

Today, the poll shows Mr. Bush with a commanding 18 percentage point lead on that issue, 55 percent to just 37 percent for Mr. Kerry.

At this rate, Kerry will be down 30 points following his speech. laugh.gif
