When i clicked on that unknown news link, it tried to attack me with a virus Thai. Whats up with that ? A box came up that said you have been infected by a virus, click the yes button to fix the problem. The cancel button failed and clicking on the x failed to close the window. I hit the reboot button on my CPU and restarted it. I have Antivirus software but had i clicked on their solution to their attack, i would have invited the virus in.

Ali, what you got was a "pop up" advertisement. You need a pop up stopper. You are probably using that absolutely worthless Internet Explorer browser.

If you absolutely, positively just have to have it, go to MyIE2.com, and apply this add-on. It really helps and if I recall, has a pop-up stopper.

However, if you are interested in nothing but the best, go to Opera.com, and get the fastest and best browser on the planet. It is not free, but if you use the internet a lot, it is more than worth it. I'm cheap, and I use it.

John, I have Norton Antivirus and it has a pop up blocker. You can click off of regular pop ups and they go away. This one tried to force me to click on it to get rid of it. I've done a complete scan and esmerelda is just fine, but i was worried about her for a minute. I was afraid i was going to have to go to Atlanta and track down a Jewish guy named Thaiquila. I don't even know where liberals hang out down there. Wouldn't you love it if i popped in on you Thai ?
