therefore, the Drudge Report, which at this moment is apparently dedicated to nothing more than slandering John Kerry with any story it can possibly find regardless of how outlandish or insubstantive, is in my humble opinion,
DUMB.furthermore, anyone who relies on an overtly partisan, biased source for "news", rather than credible respectable journalism, in order to either help them decide who to vote for, or to justify their opinion, is also
DUMBnotwithstanding my opinion about the Drudge Report and it's intellectually inferior readership, this story about "only 2 of 23 Kerry shipmates support him" is misleading and disingenuos.
first of all, Kerry was on MORE than one ship, and obviously has more than 2 supporters from his service in Vietnam, considering he has about a dozen fellow shipmates accompanying him to the Democratic National Convention..
a dozen or so is greater than 2, is it not? (maybe we should revisit the "dumb" issue)
SECOND of all, of the 23 crewmates serving under Kerry on this particular swiftboat in question, only 11 (less than half) consider him "unfit".
11 out of 23 can in no way be interpreted as concrete evidence of being "unfit", and considering there are others from the other boats he comandeered, who make up the members accompanying him to the DNC, it would appear FAR MORE former shipmates support him than not.
have a nice day.
