Kim was back to his best with this one. He genuinely looks happy back in the portfolio. During questions, admitted no increase above 1.9% GDP for Defence but suggested Cabinet colleagues were open to ideas. He highlighted well our national military shortages of pilots, submariners and particularly infantrymen. Govt proposal to form up additional Battalion sized unit.
