Democratic presidential candidate Sen. John Kerry has failed to lay out a concrete plan to the public on how he would handle the Iraq situation if he were president, a recent Republican poll found.

Haven't you heard Kerry's plan?
Kerry's Plan
First you have to elect me President of the United States because I told too many people when I was growing up I was going to be president and I don't want to look like a liar.
Then I will string up my "Plan Pinata" and I'll spin around 3 times and whack it real hard and whatever spills out I'll get the media to announce as my plan.
Then I will wait to see if any communists or uncivilized simple-minded groups complain.
If not, then that will be my plan!
