Unfortunately this is meaningless. Should this guy win, the Government will simply immediately change the laws.

Beat the Drums

Dear Subscriber,

So far, about 35,000 people have watched my little video message.  That's
almost six times the number of people on this list, and more are watching
every day.  (We have been delivering many "gigs" per day since that
message was launched.)  From a collection of anecdotal stories, I can tell
you that it IS getting the message out there, and getting it noticed.  For
some reason seeing a face and hearing a voice make the issue more "real"
for a lot of people.  (I wish the evidence would do that all by itself.)
The two most common responses are "when is the trial," and "will it be
broadcast"--exactly the responses we were hoping for.

The purpose of this message is to tell you to GET READY to once again
launch a tidbit of truth into the cyber-world for all to see.  I like this
one better than mine, and you probably will too.

Again, all you need to do is forward the next message I send (titled
"Real-Life Courage") to everyone you know... and everyone you don't know.
Even reporters and talk show hosts would have a hard time saying this one
isn't newsworthy.  (Again, it's best to copy all the text, and paste it
into a new message to send around, because things that look like mere
"forwards" are far less likely to be read than original-looking e-mails.)

Hey, if my wife can put her neck on the line, you can send a few e-mails
about it.  (How was that for a nice little guilt trip?)  The IRS thinks if
they say "frivolous" enough times, the truth will go away.  Let's say
"deception" a few hundred thousand times, and the fraud will go away.  So
get those "send" buttons ready...

Sincerely,

Larken Rose

P.P.S. Don't ask me how I got lucky enough to have a wife like that.  I'm
still wondering that myself.

I, for one, think this is fascinating. I listened to Larken (who has a remarkable mullet) and was very intrigued. I took a link from the page to a more in-depth discussion of the subject. It seems that there is solid constitutional evidence, and statutory evidence, that the income of the every-day American is not gross income, and therefore not subject to the Federal Income Tax.

The easiest to understand was the constitutional argument. Basically, since the government can't regulate INTRAstate commerce, it obviously cannot levy a tax on it. That's a hard argument to poke a hole in.

The statutory evidence revolved around section 861, which all citizens should use to determine their taxable income. In it, it talks about taxing citizens who make money abroad, or resident aliens making money here being taxable. Nowhere does it mention citizens making money in America. Just fascinating.

LARKEN IS MY HERO! The trial is in July. I'm ready.

Thanks for the post Jimmy.

No, thank you.

And your comment about the mullet was long overdue. He's an interesting & intellgent man, but I don't suggest anyone follow his advice when it comes to hair styles!

Oh, and you are right on. Spread the word & maybe we can change the course of history....
