QUOTE
The Bush administration yesterday toughened its stance towards President Karimov, calling on him to ease his repressive control over the country. In the strongest language to date, the State Department said yesterday it was "deeply disturbed" by reports that soldiers in Uzbekistan fired on unarmed civilians.

I've just read the article, where does the US call anybody terrorists ?

I am not fond of Bush but again there is no mention of the US calling anybody terrorists in this link nor Uzbek President Karimov calling anybody terrorists.
I would be more inclinded to believe this if you could provide a source.

Actually, Karimov calls everyone he doesn't like terrorists. Too lazy to read back to get your quotes, though. Thats pretty basic to the situation.

Go back and read some of the initial reports on Uzbekistan, or just google "Karmiov terrorist police" or something.

Osmanli is quite right on this one. I've read - I think the Wash Post, say that Bush has had kind words for Karimov and his anti-terror activity, even after the uprising.
