OK, you really have to be a juror to really know, but based on the tv coverage,
I predict, he will be found innocent of all the conspiracy charges and guilty of some of the molestation charges, and will be sent to jail for a minimum of ten years. .

TQ, unfortunately you are even ignorant of the legal system and some of it's most essential points. In a court of law, a defendent is not found "innocent". They are either found "guilty" or "not guilty".
There is a difference between "not guilty" and "innocent", but apparantly you do not know this. "innocent" means that he has been determined to be innocent. Don't hold your breath here, for there is no way for the court to absolutely know this, unless they posess time travel. "Not guilty" means that there is not enough evidence present to prove guilt.
I hope you are able to calm down, and realize the difference.

Leave it to TQ to leap to the defense of a Child Molester.
He will most likely be found guilty and sent to jail.

Oh, pleeeeze, what a prig you can be!
I do understand the concept you are talking about. It was just a casual post; it is YOU who needs to calm down dearie.
BTW: I did have the priveledge of serving on a jury and am proud to say that I HUNG it! The other jurors threatened to murder me in unspeakable ways, but I am a man of conscience.
The great thing about hanging a jury is that you can pretty much guarantee you will never be on a jury again.

Ben T, read my post. I think he is GUILTY of child molestation and I think they will convict him. If they do, I only hope he REALLY is guilty, because for him this is basically a death sentence. I predict he will commit suicide.

I see. When you said "I think he will be found innocent and sent to jail" I did not realize it was a mere typo. I thought it was another one of you're jabs against the untold evils of the United States.

Bent, are you on drugs. You misquoted me, you batard!
If Jacko is really guilty of child molestation, and I now tend to think he is, he deserves the same punishment as any other citizen.
I have compassion for both the victims and for him as a human being.
Again, assuming he is really guilty.
BTW, I do not believe that just because a court of law might find him guilty really means he is really guilty; he knows, God knows. This was not an open and shut case, and may still walk, but I don't think so.
