Well we have this thing called the Constitution of the United States of America which would have prevented him from ever being president in the first place.

Orin Hatch in the Senate and Dana Rorbacher in the House have both been working on amendments to allow foreign-born to become president.
Arnold also received the "Bush Award", and at the ceremony Bush Sr. said not to "bet against Arnold" in relation to the presidency.
