I am not saying that their personality is the same.
I am seeing similarities in the PSYCHOLOGY of the times.
Reagan was elected and brought new psychological hope to an America that was in a funk.
Well, we are in a funk again, and Bush is the FUNKMASTER.
Bush will lose this election for sure, because he has already beat himself.
Kerry just has to be breathing and not make a really major mess up to win. He will not make a major mess up.
So, there is Kerry, elected, and people don't know what they got.
Well, in my opinion, this is a golden opportunity for Kerry and the US for Kerry to put forth a positive, optimistic, much more inclusive direction.
In the unlikely event McCain can be VP, this theory is even more possible.

Bush is a big boy. He is off training wheels and with therapy will be able to adjust to his new life on the ranch. Not such a big adjustment, really.

Bush has lived on ranches all his life, so he wouldn't need to do any readjusting.

But that really isn't relevant because as long as the American people want to continue to fight the war on terror, keep the economy booming, and avoid a complete social meltdown, he will be EASILY re-elected.
