If someone, living in a right to work state, takes a job at a company whose employees are unionized and an employee-union labor contract is in place, does the non-union member get the same pay and benefits as the employees that are covered by the labor contract? If the non-union employee gets less, shouldn’t he join the union? If the non-union employee gets more, shouldn’t the union disband? Does any place have laws governing this type of situation?
