This is the major point that we should be focused on (those that are pro law). For the past 40 years there has been a refusal to enforce illegal immigration laws and especially against the smugglers. While they are not the only force behind immigration, they certainly are dangerous. Most smugglers not only have knowledge of the infrastructure, but they have intimate knowledge of loopholes and legal sidesteps which are part of their overall "product" package. Why isn't smuggling illegals enforced?
