COngress fights back against the Bush Administrations desire to sell out its own people to Mexican Authorities by an Amendment to the Annual Homeland Security Department funding bill authored by Jack Kingston R-Ga. It now heads to the Senate so we will see if the US senate will be permissive of giving out information on its own citizenry.

WASHINGTON - Congress sent a loud message to the Bush administration this week that it will not tolerate any information being given to the Mexican government regarding the whereabouts of the Minutemen or other civilian border patrols.

An amendment to the annual Homeland Security Department funding bill now headed to the Senate blocks any taxpayer money from going to provide "a foreign government information relating to the activities of an organized civilian volunteer group."

Authored by Rep. Jack Kingston, R-Ga., the amendment passed 293-107. It gained the support of 76 Democrats, though none from Southern California.
