Get your facts right TQ. They were stating the the MAXIMUM penalty for treason is death. First, this would in no way constitute a Maximum penalty. Further, there was no law broken by the NY Times. Only Moral Deliquency on their part. However, we at a state of De Facto AND De Jure war, it would legally be Treason.
