Kevin Tillman joined the Army with his brother Pat in 2002, and they served together in Iraq and Afghanistan. Pat was killed in Afghanistan on April 22, 2004. Kevin, who was discharged in 2005, has written a powerful, must-read document.

It is Pat's birthday on November 6, and elections are the day after. It gets me thinking about a conversation I had with Pat before we joined the military. He spoke about the risks with signing the papers. How once we committed, we were at the mercy of the American leadership and the American people. How we could be thrown in a direction not of our volition. How fighting as a soldier would leave us without a voice until we got out.

Much has happened since we handed over our voice:

Somehow we were sent to invade a nation because it was a direct threat to the American people, or to the world, or harbored terrorists, or was involved in the September 11 attacks, or received weapons-grade uranium from Niger, or had mobile weapons labs, or WMD, or had a need to be liberated, or we needed to establish a democracy, or stop an insurgency, or stop a civil war we created that can't be called a civil war even though it is. Something like that.

Somehow America has become a country that projects everything that it is not and condemns everything that it is.

Somehow our elected leaders were subverting international law and humanity by setting up secret prisons around the world, secretly kidnapping people, secretly holding them indefinitely, secretly not charging them with anything, secretly torturing them. Somehow that overt policy of torture became the fault of a few "bad apples" in the military.

Somehow back at home, support for the soldiers meant having a five-year-old kindergartener scribble a picture with crayons and send it overseas, or slapping stickers on cars, or lobbying Congress for an extra pad in a helmet. It's interesting that a soldier on his third or fourth tour should care about a drawing from a five-year-old; or a faded sticker on a car as his friends die around him; or an extra pad in a helmet, as if it will protect him when an IED throws his vehicle 50 feet into the air as his body comes apart and his skin melts to the seat.

Somehow the more soldiers that die, the more legitimate the illegal invasion becomes.

Somehow American leadership, whose only credit is lying to its people and illegally invading a nation, has been allowed to steal the courage, virtue and honor of its soldiers on the ground.

Somehow those afraid to fight an illegal invasion decades ago are allowed to send soldiers to die for an illegal invasion they started.

Somehow faking character, virtue and strength is tolerated.

Somehow profiting from tragedy and horror is tolerated.

Somehow the death of tens, if not hundreds, of thousands of people is tolerated.

Somehow subversion of the Bill of Rights and The Constitution is tolerated.

Somehow suspension of Habeas Corpus is supposed to keep this country safe.

Somehow torture is tolerated.

Somehow lying is tolerated.

Somehow reason is being discarded for faith, dogma, and nonsense.

Somehow American leadership managed to create a more dangerous world.

Somehow a narrative is more important than reality.

Somehow America has become a country that projects everything that it is not and condemns everything that it is.

Somehow the most reasonable, trusted and respected country in the world has become one of the most irrational, belligerent, feared, and distrusted countries in the world.

Somehow being politically informed, diligent, and skeptical has been replaced by apathy through active ignorance.

Somehow the same incompetent, narcissistic, virtueless, vacuous, malicious criminals are still in charge of this country.

Somehow this is tolerated.

Somehow nobody is accountable for this.

In a democracy, the policy of the leaders is the policy of the people. So don't be shocked when our grandkids bury much of this generation as traitors to the nation, to the world and to humanity. Most likely, they will come to know that "somehow" was nurtured by fear, insecurity and indifference, leaving the country vulnerable to unchecked, unchallenged parasites.

Luckily this country is still a democracy. People still have a voice. People still can take action. It can start after Pat's birthday.

News has recently surface of the cover-up concerning the death of Tillman. He discover this whole war on terror, and the war in Iraq is a fraud. When big business and the banks who sponsor them uses this government to carry out it's aims, what else can this be called but a Government take-over (coup). When patroitism for the constitution is being exploited by those attempting to take-over the Government, and one discovers the deception who would not be extremely outraged? A person like Tillman could have quickly awaken the American populace, and those invoked in treason knew this so he was murdered.

This isn't news at all, nor has it recently surfaced. Notice the date of this story ..... May 2005.

And, according to this story, seven people have already been punished for this act. I find the outcomes crappy, but it doesn't come close to the governmental cover-up, libs such as yourself are desperately trying to get mileage out of this unfortunate event by making it appear as such.

And, in fact, his family was informed a month after his death of the facts.

It's sad that libs fear victory in the WOT more than they do the terrorists, and view it (hoping that we fail) as just a stepping stone to the White House.

Let us not forget that there is a big picture. Iraq is a battle that mustn't be lost but it is not the war. It is no more the war than the battle for the pacific was in WWII but loss would have been critical to the outcome of the overall war. This is a hard, widespread, so far, clandestine theater of war. Iraq at total peace is not the end of the war. It is only an area of operation secured.

If we surrender this point, the death toll will rise to proportions I dont' think you can imagine or possibly even suspect. If you don't believe me, keep fighting the weak fight and get your 'pull out now' folks voted in. When you say to yourself "I really supported that?" it will be too late.

Look what happened when we temporarily left the Phillipines in WWII. Our own casualties doubled by having to fight the same field twice, but the Phillipinos that died... hard to picture.

1. What happen to the trillions of dollars missing from the treasury since the last administration left a surplus? The amount is something like 7 trillion. At the same time in places like Chicago and many other places in the United States we have the biggest building construction boom ever witnesses. In the past people like Herod also had similar ways of financing construction.
2. Just two major chicken hawks GWB, and Cheney for example are oil men; is this not true? No bid contracts given to the companies such as Hariburton are a conflict of interest as big as the planet Jupiter, this is known as big-time corruption.
3. Explosive were planted through out the twin towers before the implosions, this being a staged overt push to have a bogus reason for two wars. Revenue gained from wars benefits who ? Answer: The greedy Talmudist bankers and big business.
4. The corporate news media has never revealed the fact that flight 77’s wreckage was not found at the pentagon crime scene.
5. The Federal Reserve Bank is really private owed international bankers, never audited by the government, looting the American Government through “usury” into the forfeiture of sovereignty.


All the specific details of treason are too much to list. Vote stealing machines provided by the corporations is an attempt to erase American democracy, freedom, and accountability from government. A surplus only occurs on a year to year basis, about once every 30 years. The surplus that Clinton and Congress managed to pull off (perhaps even without SS funds bailing them out) vanished faster than you can say, "George W. Bush and a spendthrift congress." There has not been any money in the 'treasury' since before the first world war. There is simply more and more trillions of debt. It tends to accumulate fasted when Republicans are in the White House, thanks to Congress.

In other words, Zeb, Clinton didn't leave behind a 'surplus' except on a year to year basis. Your claim is as bogus as your anti-Semitic rants that started ringing hollow during the liberation of Auschwitz.

On September 11, 2001 it was the corporate news media being used to try and circumvent what people worldwide instinctively knew was a deliberate act. The “shock and awl” of 9-11 was designed to psychologically traumatize the people leaving them in a “vulnerable state” less capable of rational, well reasoned thinking. (It’s called terrorism)

While in this “vulnerable state of mind” the terrorist quickly moved to implement legislation designed to take away constitutional rights, privacy, and freedom from Americans. The bogus label place on the Tyranny Act one and two is a “premeditated assault” on the freedoms of Americans, and the Constitution.

The strangeness of how quickly the complex patriot act (Tyranny Act) was formulated after 9-11 despite all that was going on at that time was not overlooked. The swift formulation of the so-called department of homeland security, and the people (absent of any qualifications) chosen to run this multi purpose government agency was not overlooked. The hijacking of the N.S.A., privatization, and the abuse of executive orders speaks volumes in terms of the overthrow of the America government.

The rush to gain support for two wars (that benefits only the bankers) while the effects of 9-11 still lingered, was methodically carried out in a way only true terrorist would understand how to exploit. All the moves made by the Bush administration to override and ignore American law by those who understand the psychologically numbing effects of the “shock and awl” of terrorism have been carried out by the (puppet) Bush administration.

GWB really works for big business and the bankers who provide all the financing, the bankers allowed to print the Governments money. (Large payments of Bribe Money is no problem, along with Usury, and the corruption J.P. Morgan spoke of confirms the source of the treason.)

The Federal Reserve could have owned this country long ago, before either of us was born, were it not for the second amendment. But I think you direct your anger in the wrong direction. For example tyranny is called patriotism (as in patriot act I+II}, terrorism is called bringing freedom and liberty, and treason is seen as strong leadership. People who are insane really don't know their insane. The same is true for people suffering from madness, they don't know they are mad. I am not a naive person. I know war is not the same as 'playing nice'. I want to know what YOU think, not what you repeat of others thoughts. What are your solutions to the multitude of inhialation type happenings which you point out that others have pointed out. What would you have the people of the world unite and do? Armed revolution... or are arms not allowed in your view of perfection, and if so against what? Peaceful demonstrations... if so, against what? Join the Jihad? That was a joke because surely you see the designs for power and world domination sought by the Caliphate boys. Larry Silverstein (Jew) has made over 7 billions on the Carnage of those who were slaughtered in the collapse of these buildings. (This has not been investigated by Homeland security, or reported in the Jewish controlled media)
