Yes, the Bush Administration uttered 9/11 and Iraq in the same sentece. You really believe no official linked Iraq with the murderers that carried out the 9/11 attacks? That's some political pretzel you're creating. What's the point of the NIE Phase II describing how Iraq and al-Qaeda had no relations if such claims were never made?
